MANAGED CREATOR OPPORTUNITIES

Relevant invitations instead of a public job-board race.

UGC Next matches approved creators to brand briefs privately. Brands get a curated shortlist and creators receive opportunities that are closer to their market, language, niche, format and commercial expectations.

Why opportunities are managed

A public campaign board can create a large amount of low-quality activity: brands receive applications from creators who do not match the brief, while creators spend time pitching for jobs that may never fit their location, language, budget or content style. UGC Next starts with the campaign requirements instead.

When a brand submits a creator brief, our sourcing team reviews the target audience, countries, languages, niche, platforms, deliverables, budget, deadline and rights. We then search the private talent pool, approved creator applications and campaign-specific sourcing channels. A creator can be contacted because their profile is relevant to that particular request—not simply because they clicked first.

Before a selected creator starts work, the commercial terms should be clear. The job records the creator amount, deliverables, revision allowance, deadline and usage rights. Both sides can review the final agreement, and production remains locked until the required Secure Payment Protection state is confirmed by the connected payment provider.

Tell us exactly what creator profiles you need. We source and privately shortlist suitable talent, then keep the selected job connected to agreements, messaging, protected payment status and content delivery.

What creators can expect from an invitation

An invitation or offer should give enough information to decide whether the job makes sense. Review the product, expected deliverables, deadline, creator fee, number of revisions and intended use of the content. Paid advertising, licensing duration, territory, raw footage and exclusivity can materially change the value of a job and should not be assumed to be included without agreement.

Creators remain free to decline work that does not fit. Brands remain free to choose from the profiles presented to them. UGC Next provides the sourcing and workflow layer rather than forcing either side into a match.
