UGC Next Terms of Use
These platform terms govern use of UGC Next by brands and creators. Job-specific commercial terms are recorded separately in the agreement attached to each accepted creator job.
Platform role
UGC Next provides managed creator sourcing and software for shortlisting, contracting, messaging, content delivery, payment-state tracking, reviews and disputes. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, creators remain independent service providers and brands remain responsible for the products, claims and instructions they supply.
UGC Next may source creators from its private talent pool, creator applications and campaign-specific outreach. A presented profile is a recommendation, not a guarantee of commercial performance.
Account responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, use the platform lawfully and avoid impersonation, fraud, spam or rights-infringing material.
Creator jobs and agreements
The final job agreement controls deliverables, creator fee, revisions, deadline, usage rights, paid-ad rights, territory, duration, exclusivity, raw footage and other project-specific terms. Accepted versions are recorded with timestamps and are not silently replaced.
Fees
Creator platform fee is 0% at launch. The standard brand platform fee is 12% of the agreed creator amount unless a different written plan applies. Payment-provider fees, taxes or statutory charges may apply separately where required.
Content and intellectual property
Creators retain rights they have not expressly licensed or assigned. Brands receive only the usage rights recorded in the accepted job agreement. Users must not upload content they do not have the right to use.
Suspension and safety
UGC Next may restrict accounts or transactions where fraud, abuse, illegal content, payment risk, identity concerns or serious policy violations are reasonably suspected.
Changes and contact
Material platform-term changes should be communicated through the service. Job-specific accepted terms remain governed by their recorded agreement version.
