TRUST & SAFETY

Community Guidelines

Brands and creators are expected to collaborate professionally, honestly and lawfully.

Honest identity and portfolio

Do not impersonate another person, falsify portfolio ownership, invent client relationships, manipulate reviews or misrepresent creator availability, rates or brand authority.

Respectful collaboration

Harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, coercion and repeated unwanted contact are not permitted. Keep job discussions relevant to the agreed project.

Lawful content

Do not request or create illegal content, deceptive claims, intellectual-property infringement, non-consensual material or content that violates applicable advertising and platform rules.

Payment and off-platform circumvention

Do not use UGC Next to establish a protected job and then deliberately misrepresent completion or payment events. Attempts to manipulate the dispute or payment workflow may lead to account restrictions.

Reporting

Users can report a job or participant through the Work Hub. UGC Next may review agreement terms, messages, files and activity records necessary to assess the report.
