Answers for brands, creators and active campaigns.
Use these guides for the normal workflow. For account-specific issues, open a support ticket after login.
For brands
Start with a creator brief. Include the market, languages, niche, content style, deliverables, budget, deadline, shipping needs and usage rights. Once sourcing begins, your request page shows progress and later your private shortlist.
Open →?For creators
Apply to the private creator network with accurate portfolio and pricing information. Approved creators can receive relevant opportunities and manage offers, agreements, delivery and payout status in the Work Hub.
Open →?Creator selection
A private shortlist can show fit reasons, location, languages, creator style, quote, turnaround and portfolio examples. You can select a creator or ask UGC Next to source similar alternatives.
Open →?Contracts and rights
Commercial terms should define exactly what is being produced and where the content may be used. Review organic rights, paid-ad rights, duration, territory, revisions, raw footage and exclusivity before acceptance.
Open →?Payment protection
The dashboard shows the actual payment-provider state. Work should only be described as payment protected when the provider has confirmed the qualifying state.
Open →?Content delivery
Creators upload work to the job. Brands can review, request revisions within the agreed scope, approve final content and keep the activity history attached to the project.
Open →?Support tickets
Signed-in brands and creators can create a ticket and connect it to a request or job. Ticket status and owner replies remain visible in the support area.
Open →?Account and notifications
Your profile controls the information relevant to your role. Notification preferences determine which operational events create email-queue events in addition to in-platform alerts.
Open →What UGC Next support can help with
Support can help clarify platform workflows, campaign status, creator shortlist questions, agreement state, content delivery, revisions, account access, technical issues and payment-state questions. Support does not replace professional legal, tax, advertising, employment or financial advice. When a question concerns rights or a dispute, we use the job records available in the platform and the terms accepted by the participants.
