Clear identities, clear terms and a visible work history.
UGC work involves people, products, commercial claims, intellectual property and money. UGC Next is designed so important decisions are recorded in the platform rather than relying on informal messages that are difficult to verify later.
Creator and brand information
Creators are expected to provide accurate portfolio, identity and commercial information. Brands are expected to provide accurate company, product and campaign information. Verification status is shown only when a relevant verification step has actually been completed. A profile appearing in an example section does not mean the person is a real UGC Next member; fictional examples are labeled accordingly.
Agreements and usage rights
Before work starts, the job should state the deliverables, fee, deadline, revision allowance and intended content rights. Organic posting rights do not automatically include paid advertising. Paid-ad usage, licensing duration, territory, raw footage and exclusivity should be explicit so neither side has to guess what was purchased.
Secure Payment Protection
The platform tracks the funding state associated with an accepted job. Production should not be treated as protected until the connected payment provider confirms the qualifying funding status. The intended model is that funds remain protected until the completion conditions are satisfied, subject to the provider, agreement and dispute process. We only use the legal word “escrow” when the provider and structure formally qualify.
Content and claims
Brands are responsible for providing lawful and supportable product claims, mandatory disclosures and prohibited-claim instructions. Creators should not invent medical, financial, performance or other objective claims simply to make content more persuasive. Both parties should follow applicable advertising disclosure and platform requirements.
Reporting and support
Users can open a ticket for safety, technical, payment, contract or content concerns. The owner/admin can review the relevant job state, messages, agreement data and submitted files when handling a dispute or support request. Access to private creator sourcing notes and contact information remains restricted to authorized admin users.
