UGC Next Dispute Process
A structured dispute record helps protect both brands and creators when work does not proceed as expected.
Before opening a dispute
Use the campaign conversation and revision tools first where the issue can reasonably be fixed through clarification or an agreed revision.
What UGC Next reviews
UGC Next may review the accepted agreement version, job timeline, messages, files, submission versions, revision feedback, creator/brand actions and payment-provider state.
Possible outcomes
Depending on the facts and provider capabilities, a dispute may be resolved through continued performance, an agreed revision, cancellation, refund, partial commercial settlement, payout, or another outcome permitted by the accepted agreement and applicable law.
Evidence
Users should keep communication and deliverables inside UGC Next whenever possible because off-platform events may be harder to verify.
Abuse
Fraudulent disputes, fabricated evidence or intentional misuse of payment protection may result in account restrictions and other lawful remedies.
