CONTACT

Talk to UGC Next about a creator campaign or platform question.

The fastest route depends on what you need. Brands can submit a structured creator brief, creators can apply to the private network, and signed-in users can open a support ticket so the request stays connected to the correct account, campaign or job.

Brands

If you need creators for a campaign, use the creator brief rather than sending a generic inquiry. The brief captures target countries, languages, niche, platforms, content formats, budget, deadline, shipping, usage rights and special instructions. That lets our sourcing team start from useful requirements rather than asking the same questions by email.

Submit a Creator Brief

Creators

If you want to join the network, complete the creator application with accurate portfolio links, rates, languages, niches, platforms and availability. Approval is not automatic; UGC Next reviews applications before a creator is added to the private talent pool or presented to brands.

Existing clients and creators

For questions about an existing request, creator shortlist, agreement, content delivery, payment state or account issue, use the support area after login. Tickets create a trackable conversation with status, priority and context, and can be linked to the relevant job so our owner/admin view immediately shows what the question is about.

Email and notifications

UGC Next uses in-platform notifications for operational events and can queue transactional email notifications according to user preferences. Public email addresses, owner alert recipients and provider delivery status are managed from the owner settings area. Sensitive mail-provider credentials are kept server-side and are never exposed in browser settings.

For general pre-account questions, use the help center and FAQ first. This keeps common answers available immediately while preserving support tickets for issues that need an owner response.
