Privacy at UGC Next
UGC Next processes account, creator-sourcing and campaign information needed to operate the managed creator service.
Information we process
Account identifiers, profile information, brand briefs, creator applications, private talent sourcing records, messages, files, agreements, payment status, dispute information, reviews, device/security logs and support communications may be processed where necessary for the platform.
Private talent information
Creator contact details, sourcing notes and internal assessment fields in the private talent pool are restricted to authorized UGC Next operators. Brands receive only a sanitized candidate snapshot approved for their specific request.
Why information is used
Data is used to provide sourcing and matching, operate accounts, prevent fraud, secure files, execute user-requested transactions, communicate service events, resolve disputes, improve matching and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
Information may be shared with the relevant brand or creator only as needed for a campaign, and with infrastructure/payment/service providers that process data for UGC Next. UGC Next does not make private sourcing notes public.
Retention and rights
Retention depends on account, transaction, tax, dispute, security and legal requirements. Applicable privacy rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, subject to lawful exceptions.
Security
UGC Next uses role-based database policies, private storage for deliverables, signed file access, authentication controls and audit-oriented workflow records. No internet service can promise absolute security.
